POST Leadership Institute
The POST Leadership
Institute is a principle-based leadership program designed for first-line law
enforcement supervisors with the intent of developing and preparing them to
transition to the mid-management rank. The
program is designed to stimulate personal and professional growth. Attendees will explore leadership from the
perspectives of virtue, principle, values and using critical thinking to lead
with a proactive ethical mindset. The
program is also designed to provide additional pathways to achieving the POST
Management Certificate. Successful
completion of this program can be used as credit hours toward the award of the
Management Certificate.
